I love this piece, because for the first time in my life I find pastels very appealing on a painting. I can see the Frida Kahlo influences but this painter takes it to an entire different level of self exploration. She explores the deeper self more so than Frida's physical and mental self explorations. There is a mix of mythology with the realization of ones deeper self. I love this paint and this painter!
