Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Arte x Lola . Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 7-14 business days. We are a small team and take pride in delivering a quality experience when receiving your order 

Delays

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.  

 Please ensure that addresses are correct and any mistake may result in lost Items in which you may be subjected to pay for redeliveries. 

Hazardous Material

Keep in mind all LIGHTERS are delivered by ground therefore cannot be sent internationally.

Lost Package

Arteporlola is not liable for any products  lost during shipping.

Wrong Address Policy 

Arteporlola is not responsible for items that could not be shipped to their destination because of an incorrect or undeliverable address.

It is the responsibility of the customer to review their shipping address and information for accuracy before completing the purchase. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued on the basis of an incorrect address. If a package is shipped back to Arteporlola due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, shipping charges will not be refunded and additional shipping charges will occur.  

In the event that Arteporlola is unable to create a shipping label for the address provided by the customer, we will attempt to contact you for an address correction via e-mail. If no response is received within 24 hours, the entire order will be cancelled and you will be refunded in full.
